Paris, October 11, 2024 – At its meeting on 10 October 2024, the Board of Directors of Compagnie des Alpes, on the recommendation of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, co-opted Martine Gerow as an independent director to replace Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, which had resigned, for the remainder of the latter's term of office (i.e. until the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2026).
This appointment will be submitted for ratification at the next General Meeting.
Martine Gerow is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of Accor. Previously, she held management positions with American Express, Carlson Wagonlit and Solocal.
The Caisse d'Epargne Rhône-Alpes, represented by François Codet, has been appointed as a non-voting member of the Board for the remainder of its term of office as director (i.e. until the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2026).
