REAPPOINTMENT OF DOMINIQUE THILLAUD AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Paris, October 10, 2024 – On the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, meeting today, decided to renew its confidence in Dominique Thillaud by approving the principle of his reappointment as Chief Executive Officer.

As his current term of office expires at the close of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 March 2025 to approve the financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2024, the Board of Directors has indicated that it will formally renew Dominique Thillaud's appointment at its meeting on 13 March 2025, for a period of 4 years from that date, expiring at the close of the Annual General Meeting to be held to approve the financial statements for the year ending 30 September 2028.
