9 March 2017 – The shareholders of Compagnie des Alpes, meeting today at its annual Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting in Paris, approved all the resolutions submitted to them by the Board of Directors.
Specifically, they approved the payment of a dividend of €0.40 per share. The ex-dividend date is the morning of 14 March 2017 and the payment date is 16 March 2017.
They also approved the renewal of the offices of directors Dominique Marcel, Antoine Gosset-Grainville, Girorgio Frasca and Francis Szpiner, the appointment of the company SOFIVAL (previously represented by its Chairman) and of Carole Montillet (Olympic alpine skiing champion and Super-G World Champion) as an independent director.
Finally, at a meeting held after the Shareholders' meeting, the Board of Directors renewed the appointment of Dominique Marcel as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for a further four-year term.
At the end of the Board Meeting, Dominique Marcel said: "I would like to thank the shareholders for their renewed confidence. I see this as encouragement to pursue and step up our strategy to accelerate our international growth and accept new partners as company shareholders".
