New contract for the Jurong Island Westward Extension in Singapore awarded to DIAP

Compagnie d'Entreprises CFE announces that DEME, its dredging subsidiary, has won the "Jurong Island Westward Extension Project" in Singapore.

CFE is a multidisciplinary group of companies operating in construction and associated services. It is listed on Euronext Brussels and, subject to the conditions precedent described in the intermediary report of the 14th of November, will be 60.39%-owned by AvH. CFE is a major player in Belgium's construction industry, with a presence in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Central Europe and Africa. Subject to the same conditions precedent set out above, CFE will own 100% of DEME, one of the world's leading dredging contractors.
