The Board of Directors of Compagnie d'Entreprises CFE SA has decided to transfer its entire participation (66%) in its Property and Facility Management subsidiary, Sogesmaint-CB Richard Ellis SA, to CBRE. This transfer is made at equity value and will have no impact on the consolidated result of the group.
In parallel, CFE is taking over the participation held by Sogesmaint-CB Richard Ellis in its subsidiary in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, as well as certain Property and Facility Management contracts in Belgium, which represent 30% of the annual fees of Sogesmaint-CB Richard Ellis.
The goal is to develop under the name Sogesmaint our own integrated Property, Facility and Project Management business in synergy with the activities of the group. Sogesmaint will focus on sustainable development, offering customers various services provided by the group with regard to renovation and energy optimisation.
CFE will this way affirm its presence in terms of technical maintenance management through its specialised subsidiary be.Maintenance, in terms of long-term maintenance projects in publicprivate partnerships and in Property and Facility Management.
