Notification regarding the Bonds issued by CFE and identified under number ISIN BE0002185511 – Closing of the Early Redemption Period

At the closing, on 30 March 2014, of the Early Redemption Period (Période de Remboursement Anticipé) in the sense of the Change of Control Notification dd. 24 December 2013 and the Addition to the Change of Control Notification dd. 21 January 2014, BNP Paribas Securities Services (the Agent) has informed CFE that 41 Bonds were subject to Early Redemption Request (Demande de Remboursement Anticipé), totalling a cumulative nominal amount of 41.000 EUR (0,041% of the aggregate nominal amount of the outstanding Bonds). The Early Redemption Date (Date de Remboursement Anticipé) is 17 April 2014.
