Turin (Italy), 19 December 2025 – Compagnia dei Caraibi S.p.A. Board of Directors' meeting to review certain consolidated economic and financial management data as at 31 December 2025 (consolidated revenues not subject to audit).

• 28 April 2026

Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the draft separate financial statements as at 31 December 2025 and approval of the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025, as well as review of certain consolidated economic and financial management data relating to the quarter ended 31 March 2026 (consolidated revenues not subject to audit).

• 28 May 2026

Shareholders' Meeting on first call for the approval of the separate financial statements as at 31 December 2025 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025.

Shareholders' Meeting on second call for the approval of the separate financial statements as at 31 December 2025 and presentation of the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2025.

Board of Directors' meeting to review certain consolidated economic and financial management data relating to the half-year ended 30 June 2026 (consolidated revenues not subject to audit).

Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as at 30 June 2026, voluntarily subject to a limited audit review by the independent auditors.

Board of Directors' meeting to review certain consolidated economic and financial management data relating to the period ended 30 September 2026 (consolidated revenues not subject to audit).
