COMPAGNIA DEI CARAIBI S.p.A. SB SERENA RINALDI APPOINTED CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) OF THE GROUP

Turin (Italy), 16 June 2025Compagnia dei Caraibi S.p.A. (ticker TIME) ("Compagnia dei Caraibi" or the "Company") - a leading company in the import, development, brand building, and distribution of premium and over-premium spirits, wines, soft drinks from around the world, as well as Italian craft beers – announces the appointment of Serena Rinaldi as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective today.

Born in 1995, Serena Rinaldi joined Compagnia dei Caraibi in 2016 in an operational finance role and was promoted in 2017 to Head of Finance and Administration, overseeing the Group's financial planning and managing relations with lending institutions. She has furthered her expertise through specialized courses in management control, corporate finance and tax regulations, developing a strategic vision that she now brings to her role as CFO.
