In accordance with the provisions of art. 74 paragraph (6) of Law no. 24/2017, COMPA SA informs that on 5.12.2025 it received from NN Group N.V., for the NN ACTIV Voluntary Pension Fund (managed by the voluntary pension fund administrator NN Asigurări de Viață SA), the NN OPTIM Voluntary Pension Fund (managed by the voluntary pension fund administrator NN Asigurări de Viață SA), and the NN Private Pension Fund (managed by NN Pensii S.A.F.P.A.P.
