e) Other events – ERRATA ANNOUNCEMENT OF A CLOSED TRADE PERIOD 27.02.2023 – 27.03.2023

We point out that through the current report dated 24.02.2023, the issuer, due to an erroneous interpretation of the law, announced a period closed to trading between February 27, 2023 - March 27, 2023, a period prior to the publication on the www.compa.ro website of the annual report for the year 2022, as material for the General Shareholders' Meeting scheduled according to the financial calendar on 26/27.04.2023.

We point out that according to art. 248 para. 2 of the A.S.F Regulation no. 5/2018, with regard to the year-end financial report, by announcement is meant the public communication by which the issuer announces, before the publication of the year-end financial report, the preliminary financial results approved by the issuer's management and which must be included in report.

Therefore, the publication of the preliminary financial results on 27.02.2023 at 08.00 has already generated the closed period for trading between 28.01.2023 – 26.02.2023, period that was announced on 26.01.2023.

Consequently, taking into account the provisions of art. 248 para. 2 of the A.S.F. Regulation no. 5/2018 and the announcement from 26.01.2023 regarding the period closed to trading, there is no longer a new period closed to trading between February 27, 2023 - March 27, 2023.
