Pursuant to art. 234 paragraph 1 letter l of the Regulation 5/2018 on issuers and operation with securities the shareholders and the investors are informed about two new litigation in which the company is involved, as follows:

File 146/85/2020 pending before the Sibiu Tribunal - in contradiction with the supply company Apa Canal S.A. Sibiu. The company Compa disputes the way of measuring water consumption, as well as the way of billing. Judgment term is set on 12.01.2021.

File 2690/85/2020 pending before the Sibiu Tribunal - through which SOCIETATEA DE INVESTIŢII FINANCIARE BANAT CRISANA S.A. - Compa shareholder having a percent og 1,0705 % from the share capital, requests the absolute nullity, of decisions E.G.M.S. from 12.11.2020. So far no term has been set.
