On October 21, 2015 , the Board of Directors of Central Valley Community Bancorp declared a $0.06 per share cash dividend payable on November 20, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 6, 2015 . A press release was issued on October 22, 2015 , and is attached to this Current Report and is incorporated into this report by reference.
