Other Events

Central Valley Community Bancorp (Company) has undertaken to provide Former Shareholders of Service 1 st Bancorp (Service 1 st ) information with respect to the Central Valley Community Bancorp Escrow Fund (Escrow Fund) which was established for the benefit of the Company and the former shareholders of Service 1 st in connection with the merger of the

Company and Service 1 st , effective November 12, 2008. A report of the assets and liabilities of the Escrow Fund at December 31, 2011 and the receipts and disbursements of the Escrow Fund for the year ended December 31, 2011 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
