On September 28, 2011, Central Valley Community Bancorp, a California corporation (the “Company”) completed the repurchase of a warrant to purchase 79,067 shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Warrant”) from the U.S. Treasury for total consideration of $185,000. The Warrant was issued to the U.S. Treasury in January 2009 in connection with the Company’s participation in the Capital Purchase Program.
