APPENDIX 2A ISSUE OF SECURITIES CORRECTION
Comms Group Limited (ASX:CCG) ( “ Comms Group ” ) advise that Appendix 2A announcement dated 1 July 2022 for the issue of 13,333,334 ordinary shares incorrectly reported that the shares were subject to trading restrictions.
The ordinary shares issued by the company on 1 July 2022 do not have any trading restrictions and the company will separately issue a s708A cleansing notice in respect of the issue of these shares
