Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Comms Group Limited (‘CCG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CCG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 15 March 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Comms Group Limited (ASX Code: CCG) hereby requests a trading halt on its securities, effective from commencement of trading today and provides the following information in relation to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 -

• The Company is requesting a trading halt pending announcement of a significant global agreement to provide key unified communications and related telecommunications services to leading international telco provider;

• The Company requests the trading halt to commence with effect from the commencement of trading on Friday 11 March 2022 until the earlier of the commencement of trading on 15 March 2022, or when the anticipated announcement referred to above is released to the market;

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
