CommsChoice Group Limited (the “Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited on Monday, 18 December 2017.

The following information is released as pre-quotation disclosure.

1. A distribution schedule of the numbers of holders in each class of security to be quoted, setting out the number of holders in the following categories:

1 - 1,000 1,001 - 5,000 5,001 - 10,000 10,001 - 100,000 100,001 and over

1. A statement setting out the names of the 20 largest holders of each class of securities to be quoted, including the number and percentage of each class of securities held by those holders.

1. The Company’s audited accounts for the full years ended 30 June 2017, 30 June 2016 and 30 June 2015 for CommsChoice Group Ltd (which includes the aggregated entities of CommsChoice Pty Ltd, Oratel Pty Ltd and the Telegate Group).

2. The Company’s unaudited accounts for the full years ended 30 June 2017, 30 June 2016 and 30 June 2015 for Telaustralia Pty Ltd and Woffle Pty Ltd.

3. A statement confirming the completion of the Acquisition Agreements between the Company and the Service Provider Vendors as defined and described in the Prospectus to acquire 5 ICT businesses, namely CommsChoice, Oracle Telecom, Telegate, Telaustralia and Woffle, including the issue of 64,089,127 shares to the Service Provider Vendors and the payment of $2,277,026 in cash consideration.

4. A statement confirming the issue of 5,000,000 performance rights to Cameron Petricevic and its full terms and conditions.
