Group Debt Refinancing settled

Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG) (“Comms Group” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its announcements of 24 November 2025 and 24 December 2025, the Company has successfully settled a new Facility Agreement with Westpac Banking Corporation for a term of 3 years on improved commercial terms.

The Facility Agreement includes an additional (undrawn) Term Loan to assist with the funding of future acquisitions (subject to the acquisition meeting a number of conditions) and a new equipment leasing facility.
