Comms Group completes the Entitlement Offer

Comms Group Limited (ASX:CCG) (Comms Group or the Company) is pleased to announce the completion of the underwritten 1 for 9 non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise up to $2.17m (‘ Entitlement Offer’ ), details of which were announced to the ASX on 16 May 2025.

The Entitlement Offer closed at 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday, 2 June 2025.

The Entitlement Offer received a total of 109 valid applications for entitlements which included over subscriptions up to 100% of an eligible shareholders entitlement. Approved valid applications were received for approximately 13.0 million New Shares equating to approximately $0.65m, representing a take up rate by eligible shareholders of approximately 30%.

The approximately 30.4 million New Shares that were not taken up by eligible shareholders under the Entitlement Offer will be allotted to sub-underwriters of the Entitlement Offer.

Approximately 43.4 million New Shares to be issued under the Entitlement Offer are expected to be allotted on Tuesday, 10 June 2025 and will trade on the ASX on a normal settlement basis on Wednesday, 11 June 2025. New Shares issued under the Entitlement Offer will rank equally with existing Comms Group shares as at their date of issue. Holding statements are expected to be despatched on or around Wednesday, 11 June 2025.

Eligible shareholders should confirm the actual number of New Shares allocated and issued to them before trading in New Shares and the sale by any eligible shareholder of New Shares prior to receiving their holding statement is at their own risk.
