Update on Group Debt Refinancing

Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG) (“Comms Group” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 24 November 2025 of securing an offer to refinance the Group’s Term Loan with Regal Tactical Credit Fund, it has now executed a Facility Agreement on improved commercial terms with Westpac Banking Corporation for a term of 3 years (final settlement subject to conditions precedent). Settlement is anticipated to occur by mid-January at the latest.

The Facility Agreement includes an additional (undrawn) Term Loan to assist with the funding of future acquisitions (subject to the acquisition meeting a number of conditions) and a new equipment leasing facility.
