Comms Group secures A$2.4M contract with leading global SaaS provider

Highlights:

• Comms Group has been awarded a major contract in partnership with Vodafone to provide IP based voice services to a leading global SaaS provider.

• Initial contract will deliver over A$2.4M in revenue from upfront and ongoing service fees over a 3-year minimum term, with additional revenue to come from usage-based charges.

Comms Group Limited ( ASX:CCG ) ( “Comms Group” or the “Company” ), a leading provider of cloud communications, collaboration and modern workplace solutions, is pleased to announce the award of a major contract in partnership with Vodafone Business, the business division of Vodafone Group PLC ( “Vodafone” ), to provide IP based voice services for a major global SaaS provider.

Comms Group’s Global division will earn at least A$2.4M in revenue for the provision of IP based voice services for approximately 7,000 users over the minimum 3-year term, with additional revenue to come from usage-based charges.

Comms Group will shortly commence delivery to the global customer as part of our strategic partnership with Vodafone, whereby Comms Group is providing a range of unified communications services and enhanced global country coverage, as outlined in recent ASX announcements[1,2] .
