Comms Group secures major contract to provide key telecommunications services to NASDAQ-listed blue-chip global technology company

Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG) (“Comms Group” or “the Company”), a leading provider of cloud communications, collaboration and modern workplace solutions, is pleased to announce that it has won a substantial telecommunications deal with a US headquartered global technology company via one of its strategic partners.

Comms Group will provide inbound and outbound call-termination services across Australia and New Zealand.

The project is due to commence in January 2025 with initial agreements executed for the recurring service components. Ongoing annual revenues from traffic flows are expected to increase to between $1.5m to $2m by Q3 FY25. Services will be delivered for an initial 24month term and then renewed annually thereafter.

Comms Group Managing Director and CEO, Peter McGrath said, “After 12 months of proactive negotiations for our global business, this contract represents a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing growth in the global space.
