CommsChoice Group Limited (ASX: CCG) (the Company ) announces that the Share Purchase Plan Offer ( Offer ) closed on 18[th] July 2018.

The Company received applications totalling $1,396,000.

Pursuant to the Offer, Directors have elected to accept all applications.

A total of 34,900,000 ordinary shares will be issued to applicants on 25 July 2019.
