Appointment of Ryan O’Hare as Director

Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG) (“Comms Group” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan O’Hare as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 February 2021, following completion of the acquisition of Next Telecom Pty Ltd.

Ryan O'Hare: In 1993, to capitalise on the imminent deregulation of the telecommunications industry, Ryan co-founded a telecommunications service provider, corpTEL Communications, which in 1998 became one of the largest privately owned telecommunication service providers in Australia. Ryan was its major shareholder, Chief Executive and Chairman until its sale to AAPT Limited. In 2000, People Telecom Limited was co-founded by Ryan and today it is part of the Vocus Group. In 2007, Ryan founded Next Telecom as an award-winning SME telecoms group; and in 2014 Next Business Energy, that recently won the Financial Review Fast 100 award.
