COMMSCHOICE STRENGTHENS EXECUTIVE TEAM WITH APPOINTMENT OF MR ADRIAN LUCIANO AS EGM AND HEAD OF CORPORATE SALES

CommsChoice Group Limited (ASX: CCG) ( CommsChoice Group or the Company ) today announces the appointment of Mr Adrian Luciano as Executive General Manager and Head of Corporate Sales.

Mr Luciano has demonstrated consistent over achievement of new business and revenue targets over the past 20 years within the Telecommunications Industry with the likes of NBNCo, Vodafone Global Enterprise, Nextgen Networks, Uecomm, Optus, AAPT & Connect.com. More recently Mr Luciano was an Industry Engagement Consultant at NBNCo in the Enterprise and Government division.

CommsChoice Group CEO, Mr Peter McGrath, said, “We are extremely pleased to have secured Adrian to head up our Corporate sales area. He is a highly experienced sales executive with a strong track record of sales success winning large and strategic enterprise deals for challenger and emerging organisations. Adrian’s focus will be on securing multisite voice and data networks for corporate, government and not-for-profit organisations.”

As part of his employment arrangements, Mr Luciano will acquire 1,016,949 CCG shares at a price of $0.059 per share (representing the 20 day volume weighted average price). In addition, Mr Luciano will be offered participation in the Company’s established long term incentive plan ( Performance Rights Plan ) approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 23 July 2019.
