Change of name to Comms Group Limited

Commschoice Group Limited (Company) is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting on the 24[th] November 2020, and receipt of a new Certificate of Registration for the Company from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the Company has officially changed its name to Comms Group Limited.

The change of name recognises the origins of the organisation, whilst also reflecting many operating parts of the business and better represents the overall business as it looks to expand into other segments of the Telecommunications industry both domestically and overseas.

The existing ‘CCG’ ASX ticker will remain unchanged.

The name change will be recognised by the ASX on Monday 30 November 2020.
