RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

CommsChoice Group Limited (ASX: CCG) (the Company ) announces the resignation of Director, Mr Stephen Bell.

The resignation of Mr Bell follows the restructure of Australian operations announced on 11 June 2019. The restructure includes the resignation of personnel as part of the proposed initiatives that are expected to result in total annualised cost savings of approximately $2.0 million.

Mr Bell was appointed as nominee director for Mr Brent O’Shaughnessy who is a vendor shareholder of CCG when the Company merged five businesses together prior to listing on the ASX in December 2017. Mr O’Shaughnessy has also accepted a redundancy and leaves the Company effective 1[st] July 2019.

The Board wish to thank Mr Bell and Mr O’Shaughnessy for their contribution to the Company prior to and following listing on the ASX.
