CommsChoice appoints interim Chief Financial Officer

CommsChoice Group Limited (ASX:CCG) announces that it has appointed Matthew Beale as Interim CFO commencing today. Matthew will join the Company for a period of up to six months.

Matthew has over 25 years’ experience in finance and commercial roles. This includes working for a number of small to medium sized publicly listed and privately-owned businesses, across a variety of industries, working closely with business owners and boards of directors. Matthew is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a Bachelor of Commerce (Melb University) and an MBA (AGSM).

Peter McGrath, CEO of CommsChoice, thanked the departing CFO Mr Patrick Harsas for his contribution to the business particularly during the IPO phase. Patrick will be leaving the business following the release of the FY19 results to assume a new role external to CommsChoice. Patrick will assist with a handover to Matthew Beale.
