Appointment of Director

The Board of CommsChoice Group Limited (‘CommsChoice’ or the ‘Company’) are pleased to appoint and welcome Ms Claire Bibby as an independent non-executive director of the Company.

Claire is a highly experienced lawyer with over 25 years’ experience as general counsel, Executive and NonExecutive Director with ASX, multinational, private and NFP organisations, spanning dispute resolution, corporate, commercial, property, insurance, financial services, fund management, finance, IP, IR and litigation. Claire currently consults as COO & General Counsel to Immediation an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, is Chair and NED of My Property Circles, NED of Marist 180 and is an accomplished mediator, mentor & coach working with private and corporate clients.

Claire brings strong legal, commercial finance, leadership, risk management and board governance skills, experience and expertise to the Company.
