Proposed Grant of Performance Rights to Director
CommsChoice Group Limited (ASX: CCG) announced the appointment of Ms Claire Bibby as an independent non-executive director of the Company on 3 October 2019.
As part of Ms Claire Bibby’s remuneration, CommsChoice proposes to make a one-off grant of 250,000 Performance Rights on the same terms as those approved by shareholders at the company's EGM of 23 July 2019. The grant will be subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting of shareholders following the 2019 AGM.
