DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Departure of Grant Ellison

Grant Ellison has elected to step down from his role as a director of CommsChoice Group Limited to pursue other opportunities.

Mr Ellison founded CommsChoice Pty Ltd in September 2008 and led that business through until its acquisition by CCG in December 2017, prior to CCG's listing on the ASX

The board thanks Mr Ellison for his strong contribution to CCG’s sales performance following the successful listing of CCG and contribution as a director supporting the restructure of the business and renewal of the leadership team.

Mr Ellison remains a substantial shareholder in CCG.
