COMMSCHOICE STRENGTHENS LEADERSHIP TEAM WITH SENIOR SALES APPOINTMENT

CommsChoice Group Limited (ASX: CCG) (‘CommsChoice’ or the ‘Company’) is pleased to announce the appointment of Piers Tyler as General Manager, Sales and Marketing.

As part of the Company’s growth strategy, Piers will help drive a high-performance sales culture, accelerate sales and marketing synergies across the enterprise and build revenue. He will report to Grant Ellison, Executive General Manager, Enterprise Division. Grant founded the original service provider CommsChoice in 2008 and originated the proprietary ICT methodology, Adaptive Connectivity as a Service.

Ben Gilbert, CEO of CommsChoice said: “Together, Piers and Grant will be a powerful combination as they set the direction for a dynamic sales and marketing function and cultivate a culture of excellence. Piers brings extensive sector experience and leadership to the mix and Grant brings deep telecommunications industry experience selling enterprise networks to corporates across Asia Pac whilst at Vanco.”

Piers was the former General Manager of Enterprise & Government Sales at Vocus Group Limited, Vice President Asia, Vodafone Telecoms Management Practice, and the General Manager Asia of Quickcomm. He has also previously had senior roles with Optus, Macquarie Telecom and Siemens Communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the City of Birmingham University.

Completion of accounts

CCG is pleased to advise that the completion accounts relating to its acquisition of Oratel Pty Ltd, Telaustralia Pty Ltd, Telegate Pty Ltd (including Syntel Pty Ltd) and Woffle Pty Ltd

have been finalised. A total of 5,823,092 new CCG shares were issued to the vendors of these entities.

The completion accounts relating to CCG's acquisition of CommsChoice Pty Ltd are yet to be finalised. CCG expects this will be resolved shortly.
