To consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results (Standalone), Statements of Assets and Liabilities and Statement of Cash Flows along with draft Statutory Auditors Report thereon as to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015 of the Company for the year ended on 31st March, 2026.

2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chairperson.

Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company has been closed on 1st April, 2026 and it continues to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved financial results for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026, by the Board of Directors of the Company.
