RE: GRANT OF PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

The company advises that 3,710,000 Employee and Consultant Performance Rights have been granted pursuant to the Comet Ridge Limited Employee and Consultant Performance Rights Plans.

The vesting criteria for the Performance Rights vary while the Performance Period is from 31 July 2012 until 30 June 2016.

Please find attached the Appendix 3 B reflecting the issue of the same.

2010. Performance Rights are granted to
Consultants under the Performance Rights Plan
approved by the Board 28 September 2011.
Each Performance Right carries a right to one
ordinary share in Comet Ridge Limited.
The Performance Period is from 31 July 2012
until 30 June 2016.

  • There is no reason why those[+] securities should not be granted[+] quotation.

  • An offer of the[+] securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the Corporations Act.

Note: An entity may need to obtain appropriate warranties from subscribers for the securities in order to be able to give this warranty
