Despatch of Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer Booklet
On Friday 30 September 2016, Comet Ridge Limited ABN 47 106 092 577 (“ Comet Ridge” ) announced that it would undertake a non-renounceable entitlement rights issue on a 1 for 25 basis (“ Entitlement Offer” ). A copy of the Offer Booklet for the Entitlement Offer was lodged with the ASX that day.
Comet Ridge confirms that it has today despatched the Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer Booklet and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms to Eligible Shareholders.
