Share Purchase Plan – Cleansing Notice under ASIC Class Order [CO 09/425]

Comet Ridge Limited (ASX:COI) (the “ Company ”) is proposing to offer to eligible shareholders the opportunity to subscribe for shares in the Company under a share purchase plan (“ Plan ”).

A copy of the Plan offer document will be separately sent to the Company’s shareholders shortly.

The Company gives this notice under ASIC Class Order [09/4250].

As at the date of this notice, the Company confirms that:

• (a) it will make offers to issue fully paid ordinary shares in the Company under a share purchase plan, announced to ASX on 20 October 2014, without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (the “ Act ”);

• (b) this notice is given by the Company in accordance with ASIC Class Order [CO 09/425];

• (c) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act as if this notice were a notice under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act.

This notice is dated 27 October 2014 and is given to ASX in the 24 hour period before the offer under the Plan is made by the Company.
