The Company requests an immediate halt in the trading of its securities pending finalisation of documentation in respect to a proposed corporate transaction between Comet Ridge Limited and Chartwell Energy Limited.
An announcement to the market will be made in due course. The Company is unaware of any reason why the halt should not be granted.
