Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC invests further in Comet Ridge Resources, LLC
- Pine Brook invests another US$4.47 million and increases equity interest in Comet Ridge Resources to 76.37%
The board of Comet Ridge Limited (ASX code: COI) is pleased to advise that its US capital partner, Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC has invested another US$4.47 million to fund seismic activities, leasehold acquisition, preparations for drilling in the second quarter and administrative costs.
Comet Ridge Limited retains a 23.12% equity interest in Comet Ridge Resources, LLC.
