PINE BROOK ROAD PARTNERS, LLC INVESTS FURTHER IN COMET RIDGE RESOURCES, LLC I PINE BROOK INVESTS ANOTHER US$9.65 MILLION AND INCREASES EQUITY INTEREST IN COMET RIDGE RESOURCES TO 72.42%
The board of directors of Comet Ridge Limited (ASX code: COI) is pleased to advise that its US capital partners, Pine Brook Road Partners, LLC has invested an additional US$9.65 million to fund drilling and seismic activities, leasehold acquisition and administrative costs in the US.
The cash contribution was made on August 26, 2008, at which time Comet Ridge Limited’s interest was adjusted to a 27.18% equity interest in Comet Ridge Resources, LLC.
