NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Comet Ridge has been audited by Pitcher Partners for over 10 years and this has been a very successful relationship for Comet Ridge. Leading up to the 2018 Annual General Meeting the decision was taken by the Board to review the external audit process in order to obtain an understanding of market and confirm the best fit for Comet Ridge as it transitions from an explorer to developer.
The Company underwent a competitive tender process and the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor of Comet Ridge Limited and its subsidiaries.
Pitcher Partners has received ASIC consent to resign as the auditor of Comet Ridge Limited.
The decision to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers is subject to ratification by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
The Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Pitcher Partners for their past assistance and services to the Company.
