COMET RIDGE APPOINTS QUEENSLAND REPRESENTATIVE

Comet Ridge is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Mr Vic Palanyk in an advisory role and to represent the company in Queensland. Mr. Palanyk has over 10 years of coal seam gas specific experience and was involved in the discovery and appraisal of the Peat coal seam gas field in Queensland (now operated by Origin Energy CSG Ltd). More recently he was General Manager with Queensland Gas Corporation overseeing the discovery and early development of the Berwyndale South and Argyle coal seam gas fields in south eastern Queensland.

The Managing Director of Comet Ridge, Mr. Andy Lydyard said "We are very are pleased to have Vic on board, he offers much in the way of hands on operational and technical expertise and has been heavily involved in representing the coal seam gas industry in development of Queensland's draft Petroleum and Gas Bill.
