Date of 2025 Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Comet Ridge Limited (ASX:COI) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2025 will be held at 11:00am (Brisbane time) on Friday, 14 November 2025.
Further information about the Annual General Meeting will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders early next month.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and Comet - Ridge’s website at: https://cometridge.com.au/investors overview/announcements/
Comet Ridge further advises that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm on Friday, 3 October 2025. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged in writing at the registered office of the Company by that date.
