Date of 2020 Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Comet Ridge Limited (ASX:COI) advises that its Annual General Meeting in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2020 will be held at 11:00am (Brisbane time) on Friday, 27 November 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic continually evolving, the Annual General Meeting this year will be held as virtual meeting via an online platform. Shareholder participation in the meeting and details of the meeting will be included in the Notice of Meeting or announced to the market.
Further information about the Annual General Meeting will be set out in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders in October 2020.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and Comet Ridge’s website at: http://www.cometridge.com.au/
Comet Ridge further advises that nominations for the office of Director will be taken by the Company before 5.00pm on Friday, 16 October 2020. Nominations for the election of director must be lodged in writing at the registered office of the Company by that date.
