PROPOSED SALE OF COMET’S KAMLOOPS LAND CANCELLED

Comet Industries Ltd. (“Comet”) announced in a Release dated January 8, 2021 that it had accepted an offer to sell 21 acres of its Kamloops lands subject to formal documentation and satisfaction of certain conditions. The proposed sale has now been cancelled by agreement between Comet and the proposed purchaser.
