On September 26, 2011, Comerica Incorporated issued a press release announcing that on October 27, 2011, it intends to fully redeem all $31,250,000 of the 8.30% trust preferred securities issued by Sterling Bancshares Capital Trust III at par, plus accrued and unpaid distributions to the redemption date. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
