The Board of Directors of Comerica Incorporated (“Comerica”) appointed Michael E. Collins to serve on its Board of Directors, effective November 8, 2016. Effective with Mr. Collins' appointment, he became a member of Comerica’s Enterprise Risk Committee. On November 8, 2016, Comerica issued a press release regarding these appointments. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
