Comerica Incorporated will hold its 2018 annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. As part of that meeting, Ralph W. Babb, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation. A copy of the presentation slides, which will be discussed at the meeting, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
