COMPLETION OF DISCLOSEABLE AND CONNECTED TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO ACQUISITION OF FILM INCOME RIGHT

The Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent of the Agreement have been fulfilled and Completion took place on 22 December 2015.

Reference is made to the announcement of Huanxi Media Group Limited (the “Company”) dated 21 September 2015 and the circular of the Company dated 30 November 2015 (the “Circular”). Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular unless the context requires otherwise.

COMPLETION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent of the Agreement have been fulfilled and Completion took place on 22 December 2015. The balance of the consideration of RMB90,000,000 has been paid by the Group to the Vendor pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
