CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the “Board”) of 21 Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Ms. Chiu Lo (“Ms. Chiu”) has resigned as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company and Ms. Ma Wai Man, Catherine (“Ms. Ma”) has been appointed as the company secretary and authorised representative of the Company with effect from 1 March 2013.

Ms. Ma is a graduate of City University of Hong Kong, a chartered secretary, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board would like to thank Ms. Chiu for her valuable contribution during her tenure of services.
