Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, it is hereby
announced that Consolidated Holdings A/S has informed Columbus that the company
now directly and indirectly holds 55,987,244 shares of DKK 1.25 (nom.),
corresponding to 52.95% of the share capital in Columbus A/S.
